Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure high standards are maintained. Supervise staff training, development, and performance management to cultivate a motivated and efficient team. Oversee inventory control, food management, and ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels. Handle POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and health codes across all restaurant areas. Manage shift schedules, oversee kitchen operations, and coordinate customer service efforts to deliver quick service in a fast-paced environment. Conduct interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training of new team members to build a strong workforce aligned with company values. Monitor budget adherence, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to increase profitability while maintaining quality standards. Foster a positive hospitality atmosphere by engaging with guests directly and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with culinary staff on food production processes including catering, banquets, or special events when applicable. Qualifications Proven management experience in a quick service & fast food restaurant or casual dining setting; supervisory experience required. Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling expertise essential. Experience in inventory control, food management, budgeting, and food safety compliance. Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on staff training & development; ability to motivate teams effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality management. Prior experience managing kitchen operations or food production environments preferred. Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
