Provide assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and needs promptly. Perform routine inspections of equipment, reporting any issues or malfunctions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment as required for various events or operations. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Skills Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
