Nonexempt We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Coffee Shop & Market Supervisor ! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, coffee culture, creativity, and retail merchandising. In this position, you will oversee the daily operations of our coffee shop and market while helping create a memorable guest experience through exceptional service, curated products, and seasonal offerings. Hourly Pay + Tips! In addition to competitive hourly pay, this position has the opportunity to earn tips , creating additional income potential. This role also offers a unique level of ownership, including the opportunity to write your own schedule based on business needs and operational coverage. What will you be doing most days? Coffee Shop & Guest Experience Greet and assist guests while creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. Prepare and serve coffee beverages, specialty drinks, and light food offerings. Create and introduce seasonal beverages and featured drink specials to enhance the guest experience and drive sales. Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the coffee shop and market. Market & Boutique Operations Maintain the overall appearance and organization of the market and boutique retail space. Take inventory of all merchandise, including retail products, food items, beverages, beer, and wine. Order and curate merchandise for a boutique-style market, ensuring products align with guest preferences, seasonality, and hotel standards. Place orders to ensure products remain well-stocked and visually appealing. Conduct monthly inventory reviews and monitor product performance. Leadership & Scheduling Create and manage your own work schedule to ensure appropriate operational coverage and business needs are met. Train and supervise Market Associates while upholding company standards. Support and guide team members to maintain a welcoming, organized, and service-focused environment. Ensure cleanliness and organization of all work areas throughout the day. What are the requirements for this position? Passion for hospitality, coffee, guest service, and retail merchandising. Enjoy working with diverse individuals from all walks of life. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Creativity and interest in developing seasonal drinks, retail displays, and curated guest experiences . Availability to work weekends and holidays as business demands require. Maintain a professional appearance and ensure confidentiality of proprietary information. Adhere to company standards while welcoming and assisting all guests. Exhibit excellent communication skills with team members and guests. Develop and maintain positive working relationships and encourage teamwork. Listen and respond to the concerns of employees and guests appropriately. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and company standards. Previous coffee shop, café, retail, or hospitality leadership experience preferred but not required. Physical Requirements for this Position This position can be physically demanding. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods. Travel Requirements This position requires little to no travel outside the property and surrounding areas. This property is managed by OTO Development.
