This position is an in-house role that is based on the campus of the national headquarters of our partner, Contractor Nation, located in Seymour, CT. Please note, occasional travel for national/regional meetings and dealer visits may be required.

Key responsibilities include:

Analyzing marketing performance data to verify data accuracy and identifying opportunities for improving ROI Conducting quarterly marketing plan review calls with dealer locations, and leading monthly calls with new dealers during their first 90 days of business Training new dealer owners on marketing strategy and local implementation Hosting workshops for the dealers to provide coaching on various marketing topics Leading day-to-day agency relationships, including our digital agency and additional media buyers/partners Analyzing, testing, and applying new marketing strategies and programs designed to increase leads and grow revenue Evaluating new media opportunities and identifying/executing new initiatives The ideal candidate will have: 3 +years experience in a similar marketing field (e.g., small business, agency, in-house agency) An understanding of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, Social (Paid/Organic) with the ability to manage digital agency performance A high comfort level coaching and consulting small business owners Outstanding presentation skills Exceptional interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and project management skills Solid team orientation, working on a small, fast-paced team Sharp attention to detail Robust writing skills The capability to multi-task and have a strong track record of managing many priorities simultaneously High energy and a high level of creativity The ability to communicate confidently as an expert in this field A natural tendency to easily build trust and rapport while providing a high degree of personal support Strong organizational and time management skills; proven experience handling many accounts at once Must be proficient in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Multi-location marketing experience is strongly preferred Marketing automation experience is a definite plus The ideal candidate will be able to: Work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal direction Work independently to drive results on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis About Klaus Roofing Systems Klaus Roofing Systems is an exclusive network of roofers that are committed to higher roofing standards, exceptional customer service, and continuous training.
