Role Description The Marketing and Agent Experience Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the marketing and operational needs of real estate advisors. Duties include creating and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, managing communication tools, and assisting with agent development initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Scarsdale, NY, requiring consistent collaboration with the internal team and agents to ensure seamless service delivery and agent satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Digital and Social Media Marketing, Campaigns, and Content Creation Experience with Event Planning and Coordination Strong Project Management and Organizational Skills Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Attention to Detail and Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms Prior experience in real estate or a related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related disciplineSimilar remote jobs
