About Enervit & This Opportunity Enervit is one of Europe's most respected sports nutrition brands, with a 60-year heritage of fueling elite and everyday athletes across cycling, running, triathlon, and endurance sport. Now, Enervit North America is entering its most exciting chapter yet
  • a full-scale U.S. launch and expansion into the Canadian and Mexican markets. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to join a growing team and play a pivotal role in establishing Enervit as the go-to performance nutrition brand in U.S. natural and specialty retail. Role Overview The Sales & Marketing Analyst will serve as the operational heartbeat of Enervit North America's go-to-market execution. Reporting directly to the hiring manager, you will own three core pillars of the launch strategy: field and event marketing, the brand ambassador program, and digital and social media. You will work four days per week, with scheduling flexibility built around event calendars
  • this role will include weekend work to support activations, races, and retail events. Key Responsibilities1. Field & Event Marketing
  • Identify, plan, and staff key endurance and fitness events across the Western U.S., with a primary focus on California
  • including running, cycling, triathlon, obstacle racing, and outdoor lifestyle events
  • Attend events as the on-the-ground Enervit brand representative, driving product awareness, consumer education, and on-site sampling activations
  • Build and maintain an annual event calendar, managing logistics, shipping, booth setup, and post-event reporting
  • Represent the brand authentically within community running clubs, cycling groups, triathlon clubs, and fitness communities to earn organic credibility
  • Capture content (photo, video, testimonials) at events for use across social and digital channels 2. Brand Ambassador Program
  • Own the end-to-end brand ambassador program
  • from identifying and recruiting candidates to onboarding, managing, and supporting active ambassadors
  • Source and develop a diverse ambassador roster spanning professional athletes (cyclists, runners, triathletes) and passionate recreational athletes who authentically represent the Enervit ethos
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ambassadors
  • coordinating product seeding, content requests, and event appearances
  • Support retailer-specific ambassador programs at natural and specialty grocery partners by organizing in-store presentations, demos, and product trialing efforts
  • Track ambassador performance and engagement, building a feedback loop that informs product and marketing decisions 3. Digital & Social Marketing
  • Contribute to the definition and execution of Enervit North America's social media and digital marketing strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Own the Enervit U.S. TikTok channel end-to-end
  • including content strategy, original content creation, posting cadence, community management, and performance tracking
  • Build and manage Enervit's TikTok Shop presence
  • including product listings, shoppable content, live shopping activations, and creator affiliate partnerships that drive direct-to-consumer sales
  • Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with the event schedule, ambassador activations, seasonal campaigns, and retail priorities
  • Create and curate original content
  • including event recap posts, ambassador spotlights, and product education content
  • that resonates with the U.S. endurance sports community
  • Monitor channel performance and community engagement, delivering regular reporting and actionable recommendations to the hiring manager
  • Identify and manage relationships with relevant micro-influencers in the endurance and wellness space to amplify brand reach organically What We're Looking ForRequired
  • 1+ year of experience in brand marketing, field marketing, events, or sports marketing
  • ideally within CPG, sports nutrition, outdoor, or wellness categories
  • A genuine passion for endurance sports

  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle events, ambassador relationships, and content deadlines simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience managing social media accounts (Instagram and TikTok required), with a demonstrated ability to grow engaged communities and create native short-form video content
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • you represent the brand in every interaction
  • Based in California or the Western U.S., with the ability and willingness to travel to events on weekends throughout the region
  • Self-directed and comfortable operating in ambiguity
