We are currently seeking energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as a Marketing Concierge at the beautiful Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort. As a Marketing Concierge, you will engage with resort guests, provide concierge-style assistance, and introduce qualified guests to exclusive resort experiences and vacation offers. • Welcome and engage resort guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Promote resort experiences, vacation packages, and preview tours
• Schedule and confirm resort presentation tours for qualified guests
• Provide concierge-style guest assistance and local recommendations
• Maintain accurate guest records and daily tracking logs
• Assist with guest check-ins, confirmations, and tour scheduling
• Follow all gifting and promotional guidelines What We're Looking For
• Strong outgoing personality
• Comfortable initiating conversations with guests
• Customer service, hospitality, sales, or marketing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge Preferred Qualifications
• Hospitality, tourism, marketing, or sales experience
• Experience in timeshare or vacation ownership is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Requirements
