Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the efficient and accurate shipping and receiving of signage products, materials, and supplies. Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly inspected, documented, staged, and distributed in alignment with company quality, inventory, and safety standards. Prepare, package, and stage completed products for shipment or delivery.
Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
Generate and process shipping labels, bills of lading, and related documentation.
Track shipments and provide updates to management or internal teams as needed.
Load trucks safely and secure materials for transport.
Receive incoming shipments of materials, supplies, and equipment.
Inspect deliveries for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
Verify packing slips against purchase orders and report discrepancies.
Accurately document and enter received goods into inventory systems.
Distribute materials to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
Organize and store inventory to maximize space and efficiency.
Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
Assist with inventory control and organization of warehouse materials.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (if certified).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping, receiving, and staging areas.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Report damaged goods, safety hazards, or equipment issues promptly.
Support production teams with staging and material handling as needed. Qualifications & Skills Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory control.
Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification).
Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record.
Ability to read work orders, purchase orders, and packing slips accurately.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer proficiency for shipping and inventory systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
