Job Description

Marketing Coordinator Part-Time or Full-Time | Lokre + Bantr Brands Position Overview We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing execution across Lokre, bantr, and affiliated brands. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and excited to help bring marketing initiatives to life across hospitality, lifestyle, real esate, and experience-focused brands. The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing and assist with day-to-day execution. This person will play a key role in helping the company stay organized, visible, and proactive in its marketing efforts. Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Support Create and update flyers, listings, and promotional materials Maintain and update website content Assist in Meta ad updates and campaign implementation Upload and manage email marketing lists, graphics, and sequences Build lists and run email sequences through Hubspot Assist with ongoing email marketing campaigns Capture content and schedule social media content Upload graphics and promotions to screens across company properties Coordinate review outreach and manage Google listing updates Support overall brand consistency across marketing channel Content & Communication Write basic marketing copy and promotional messaging Draft and coordinate press releases Coordinate communication with media outlets and partners Assist with content organization and asset management Analytics & Reporting Review marketing analytics and campaign performance Help organize reporting and track engagement metrics Assist with identifying opportunities for improvement Creative Coordination Coordinate photoshoots and content collection as needed Help organize and manage visual assets Support marketing campaigns with creative execution assistance Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Is highly organized and detail-oriented Can manage multiple projects and deadlines Has strong communication and follow-through skills Enjoys both creative and operational work Is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn Has an interest in hospitality, branding, real estate, marketing, and experiences Preferred Skills Canva experience Familiarity with social media scheduling tools Experience using Hubspot or related softwares Basic understanding of email marketing platforms Comfort with website updates and digital tools Basic copywriting experience Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
