5 days on site in Duluth, GAOur wholesale and retail client is seeking a hands on Director of Marketing who will plan, create, and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase showroom traffic, and drive both B2B and B2C sales. This role oversees all creative and digital marketing work while partnering closely with the sales team to support product launches, promotions, and events. The position requires full involvement in both strategy and day to day execution.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee brand strategy, marketing materials, and digital content to maintain a consistent premium brand image.
Plan and execute showroom events, trade shows, and community outreach to attract customers and designers.
Manage website content, SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to strengthen retail and wholesale visibility.
Partner with sales teams to create tools that drive B2B lead generation and grow the contractor and designer Pro Program.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer behavior to guide product assortment and pricing.
Develop and manage the marketing budget and evaluate performance using marketing KPIs.
Required Skills and Experience5 to 10 plus years of experience in marketing management, ideally supporting both retail and wholesale.
Proven ability to lead marketing teams or direct external creative agencies.
Strong digital marketing skills, including CRM systems and analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills for engaging customers, interior designers, and trade professionals.
Hands on execution capability across all marketing functions.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Must work onsite five days per week in Duluth.
