It's built for a recent graduate who wants to learn the business from the inside, work directly with leadership every day, and build a marketing function from scratch — using modern tools, including AI, to do the work of a much larger team. You will own day-to-day marketing execution across multiple workstreams, including: Commercial real estate — leasing campaigns, tenant outreach, and property-level marketing across our portfolio Investor communications — supporting our institutional capital raise, investor updates, and capital-markets messaging New product launches — helping take a new commercial real estate concept and a new financial-innovation product to market in 2026 Corporate brand — LinkedIn presence, website content, thought leadership, and investor-facing materials Residential brokerage — supporting our residential team, including a partner team based in the mountains Innovation and content — helping tell the story of how we're applying AI and technology to a traditional industry If you like the idea of touching commercial real estate, institutional finance, residential brokerage, and emerging technology all in one role , this is that role. What You'll Do Build and maintain a shared weekly marketing calendar across all workstreams Draft LinkedIn posts, investor emails, tenant communications, and listing marketing Manage ad spend across major digital media outlets and platforms — including LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and industry-specific channels — with measurable accountability for ROI Build and run targeted campaigns for leasing, investor outreach, residential listings, and brand Manage CRM hygiene, contact lists, and outreach tracking Run weekly reporting on prospects, outreach, meetings, tours, proposals, and investor engagement Use AI tools to scale your output — research, drafting, list-building, content production, ad copy Evaluate specialty platforms for tenant and investor targeting Work with our team to build a custom CRM tailored to our business — contributing to design, configuration, data migration, and rollout Partner with leadership on case studies, pitch materials, and brand projects Who You Are Recent graduate of an accredited business school with a major in Marketing Strong academic record — 3.7+ GPA preferred Genuinely fluent with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) — not just curious about them. You should already be using AI to work faster and smarter, and you should be excited about a role where that's encouraged and expected Familiar with how digital advertising platforms work — LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads. You don't need to be an expert on day one, but you should be able to learn fast and own campaign execution within your first few months Exceptional writer — clear, concise, professional, and able to adapt voice across institutional, tenant, and consumer audiences Highly organized and detail-oriented — this role touches a lot of workstreams; the person who succeeds is the person who keeps it all straight Self-starter — comfortable taking the first crack at something without a template Interested in real estate, finance, technology, or healthcare — bonus if more than one Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM systems, LinkedIn, basic email marketing tools, and online research Able to commute reliably to our Lakewood office Monday through Friday Nice-to-Haves (Not Required) Hands-on experience running Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads campaigns — academic projects, internships, or personal/freelance work all count Internship or coursework experience in real estate, finance, or financial services marketing Familiarity with Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms Basic design fluency (Canva, Figma, Adobe) Experience writing for LinkedIn or other professional channels Coursework or interest in blockchain, fintech, or AI applications in business What We Offer Competitive base salary plus quarterly profit-sharing bonus — your upside grows with the company's.
