($55•60) hourly
Summary:
Leads global brand and franchise marketing strategy for Paramount's Products & Experiences division Serves as the central coordination team across franchises, partners, and cross-functional initiatives Drives alignment, collaboration, and strategic planning across brand and marketing activities
Responsibilities:
Create and manage brand/marketing templates: o one-sheets o go-to-market plans o brand plans Build and manage: o marketing processes o project timelines o milestone tracking Coordinate review and approval workflows for marketing materials Develop presentation and pitch decks for: o licensees o retailers o milestone meetings Maintain and update brand calendars Collaborate cross-functionally with: o retail teams o licensing teams o marketing stakeholders Support retail sell-in and licensing initiatives
Requirements:
Experience 5+ years in: brand management franchise marketing/management licensing marketing operations
Skills:
Strong PowerPoint/presentation creation skills Strong written and verbal communication Strong organization and multitasking ability Ability to manage timelines and processes Ability to coordinate across multiple teams Strong MS Office skills:
PowerPoint Excel Word Traits:
Self-starter Proactive Dependable Team-oriented Strong interpersonal skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
