This is not a social media coordinator role — it's a full marketing operator position managing a multi-platform content system, CRM automations, community engagement, event support, and branded asset creation simultaneously. You'll work inside an established brand system with clear creative direction already in place. Your job is to get the right content into the right places, consistently and on brand, every single day. As the department grows, you'll eventually have support beneath you. What You'll Own Platform & Publishing Daily management of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Substack Instagram Stories (daily), feed posts, carousels, Reels, and captions YouTube uploads with full SEO optimization, timestamps, chapters, and nine-section captions Facebook repurposing and presence in relevant community groups Substack formatting, publishing, audience segmentation, and Notes Content Creation Canva design — carousels, static posts, story graphics, flyers, farm materials, and event assets Pulling and formatting content from an approved copy bank across all channels Short-form Reel creation as needed Contributing creative ideas for formats, campaigns, and content angles CRM & Touchpoint Operations Brivity drip campaign management — inputting copy, testing workflows, monitoring automations Farm marketing execution — monthly EDDM coordination, flyer updates, neighborhood landing page maintenance, contact management Workshop and event coordination — logistics, registration sequences, post-event follow-up Routine platform audits to confirm every workflow and automation is functioning Organization & Operations Asset organization across Google Drive and Canva — naming conventions, templates, archiving Print-ready file prep and vendor coordination Coordinating with a content creator on shoot schedules and asset delivery Coordinating with listing media vendors on upcoming shoots Attending team meetings and leadership check-ins What You Won't Own Content strategy, brand voice decisions, and original copy creation are handled by a Brand Adviser. You execute from an approved system — your job is to run it well, catch issues proactively, and contribute ideas within the framework.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Daily:
DM and message responses across all platforms, Instagram Stories, community engagement, platform monitoring.
Weekly:
Feed post creation and publishing, YouTube uploads, Substack publications, Canva asset creation, content creator coordination, Brivity drip management.
Monthly:
Strategy meeting attendance, analytics compilation, farm marketing cadence, event and workshop support.
Quarterly:
Full platform and Canva audit, Drive cleanup, farm system review. What We're Looking For Solid understanding of how a marketing system works — not just social media in isolation Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume recurring tasks without dropping anything Proficient in Canva — can design from templates and produce polished branded content Comfortable across multiple platforms and tools; quick to learn new ones Clear written communication for captions, DMs, and community engagement Some creative instinct — you contribute ideas, not just complete tasks Willingness to learn real estate language and context quickly Bonus if you already have: Experience with Brivity or similar CRM platforms YouTube SEO and publishing experience Substack or email marketing platform experience Compensation & Details Full-time, 40+ hours per week at full production On-site in the Gilbert, AZ area Structured 30/60/90-day ramp with dedicated training in week one $35,000-$50,000
