Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Marketing Manager and Operations Executives regarding all marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Create approved digital graphics for social media platforms.
• Assist with email marketing initiatives.
• Prepare weekly and monthly report of social activities and main social metrics.
• Create editorial content as directed by Marketing Manager including daily social media posts, web content, and email campaigns; regularly posts approved content to all social media pages
• Develop/maintain expert knowledge of online and offline marketing strategies and tactics relevant to business development.
• Assist with daily, weekly or monthly operational tasks including those tied to lead gen and lead distribution.
• Participate in new product and skills training as assigned.
• Some traveling required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Able to work independently, analyze data, demonstrate good judgement.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Navigate Microsoft Office including advanced Excel, Photo Shop and various Web Design platforms
• Excellent time management skills, able to prioritize, detail oriented and organized.
