This person will build and execute campaigns for fundraising and local events, act as our main point of contact with our advertising partner and corporate creative team, and coordinate execution across our stores. It's a role for someone who likes coming up with ideas and then actually making them happen. What You'll Do Own the planning and execution of advertising campaigns for fundraising and community events across our locations. Serve as the primary liaison between our internal team, our advertising partner, and corporate creative resources. Turn campaign concepts into on-the-ground execution — coordinating timing, logistics, and follow-through. Partner closely with our District Manager and Operations team to align campaigns with store-level activity. Generate original marketing and event concepts with a high degree of creative freedom. Track that events and campaigns run on schedule and follow up to keep initiatives moving. Help evaluate what's working and refine future campaigns based on results. What Success Looks Like Campaigns and events execute on time and run smoothly. Strong, well-managed relationships with our ad partner and corporate team. Events and fundraisers that drive traffic, build community goodwill, and produce measurable results over time.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and follow-through skills — able to juggle multiple events and deadlines. Creativity and originality; comfortable generating campaign concepts from scratch. Clear communicator who can coordinate across partners, corporate, and internal teams. Self-directed and reliable in a hybrid setting. Based in or near South Florida and able to attend occasional local events/meetings. Marketing or events experience is a plus but not required — we'll consider the right person with the right mindset.
