Job Description

The BrandIt Agency is a marketing logistics and brand execution agency serving enterprise brands, franchise networks, and multi-market dealer programs. We combine promotional products, kitting and fulfillment, and digital & experiential tactics through a proprietary ecommerce platform (MarketFuel) to run complex, high-volume marketing programs end to end. We're growing our project management team and looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to help keep that work moving. Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, you'll own the day-to-day execution of client programs — coordinating internal teams, suppliers, and platforms to deliver on time, on budget, and to spec.
This is a client-facing role:
you'll communicate directly with clients, anticipate their needs, and keep multi-stakeholder programs running smoothly across lines of business and regional markets. What you'll do Manage projects and recurring programs from kickoff to completion, owning timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Execute across the full marketing tactic mix — print, signage, promotional, digital, and experiential — depending on the program. Coordinate multiple time-sensitive experiential events and activations at once, keeping dates, logistics, and on-site delivery on track. Traffic creative assets and route proofs between clients, internal teams, and suppliers, keeping approvals moving. Coordinate vendors and suppliers — decorators, print, and fulfillment partners — to hit production and ship dates. Support portal and company-store programs, including product setup, inventory coordination, and order flow. Partner with Account Managers to gather requirements, define scope, and keep clients informed. Surface risks or roadblocks early, with a plan to resolve them. What we're looking for Experience as a Project Manager, coordinator, or similar role, ideally in client services, agency, or logistics environments. Comfort working in web-based platforms and portals to run day-to-day program work. A builder's mindset — someone who looks to solve a problem once and build the process so they don't have to solve it again. You spot the recurring friction and put a system in place. Proven ability to juggle multiple date-driven deliverables and events without letting anything slip. Sharp attention to detail with the ability to keep many moving programs organized at once. Strong written and verbal communication; you can hold your own with clients and vendors. A proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
