Full Job Description Overview:

Established new car auto franchise with a huge presence in pre-owned sales is seeking an experienced and proven BDC Manager to oversee our BDC Department.

Responsibilities:

Train and lead a team of five BDC reps. Assist with creating content for video ads to be posted to different Social media platforms. Assist with managing Google search and other Google products. Assist with managing dealership web site content. Work with daily leads to set appointments and oversee appointment conformations. Manager lead generation and an extremely large advertising budget with guidance from the management team .

Requirements:

Current or previous BDC management experience. Automotive and social media marketing skills. The ability to create and produce video ads and content. A knowledge of CRM data management to create and set up advertising campaigns for sales service and parts. Provide daily and weekly updates of over-all productivity to management . •You must be a highly motivated person with an outgoing extroverted personality. •Salary plus commission with a 6-figure income for the right person!!
