PROMOTIONAL / NIGHTCLUB MANAGER

The Old Broadway is looking for an energetic, experienced Nightclub Manager to lead our evening operations and team. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands nightlife, knows how to create energy in a room, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate has strong bar and nightclub management experience , excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating an exciting and memorable guest experience. Responsibilities Oversee nightly operations of the nightclub, bar, and entertainment areas. Create and maintain a high-energy nightclub atmosphere through music, entertainment, and guest engagement. Plan, coordinate, and execute special events, promotions, and entertainment. Lead, motivate, and supervise bartenders, servers, security, and support staff. Ensure exceptional customer service and professionally resolve guest concerns. Oversee bar operations, cash handling, inventory, and nightly reconciliation. Assist with employee scheduling, training, development, and performance management. Maintain a safe, welcoming, organized, and professional environment for both guests and employees. Lead by example and ensure staff consistently follow company policies and procedures. Help drive sales, guest satisfaction, and overall nightclub performance. Qualifications Previous management experience in a nightclub, bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment preferred. Strong knowledge and passion for music, nightlife, and entertainment . Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills. Must be 21+ years of age .
