Key Responsibilities:
Develop the skill set of a Professional Fundraiser Ability to move into Management within 2-4 weeks Willing to learn how to conduct professional interviews Learn to coach and mentor team members Learn to build & maintain relationships with the community to further assist our fundraising endeavors
Minimum Requirements:
Professional and appropriate image Professionalism and politeness when representing non-profit brand
