Job Description
- Own and operate existing policy change communications processes and mechanisms, seeking opportunities to scale, drive down policy publication times, and achieve operational excellence
- Assess our communications strategy holistically, looking for opportunities to improve, streamline, and increase awareness visibility
- Invent ways to measure the effectiveness of our communications strategy
- Insist on high standards for policy; review policy content for accuracy, grammar, and style, coordinating with Legal/PR/Policy Managers as needed and seeking opportunities to improve policies
- Partner with stakeholders (e.g., Support, Moderation) to streamline communications and look for efficiencies
- Manage communications internally within Policy, increasing transparency and collaboration
- Maintain and update rejection communications for use with external advertisers About the team Advertising is one of the fastest growing businesses at Amazon and that growth generates challenges in managing huge volumes of advertising submissions while maintaining a high customer experience and working at the speed that advertisers demand.
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in an online advertising role and have familiarity with advertising products and ad serving technologies Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
