Looking for a dynamic Escrow Officer/Marketing Representative to join our growing office. You will build and cultivate relationships with Real Estate Agents to generate business. You will manage the entire escrow process from start to finish. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional service to our clients while maintaining the integrity of our escrow processes. Responsibilities Initiate contact with Real Estate Agents, via phone calls, emails, in person to offer Escrow Services, set up appointments to meet with the Agents to development a rapport, work with the Agents to earn their business Assist the Escrow Manager with files as needed while building new business for the company Manage all aspects of escrow transactions, including opening, processing, and closing ensuring accurate disbursements and compliance with all applicable regulations. Coordinate with agents, loan officers, and title companies to facilitate seamless real estate closings. Prepare and review escrow instructions, settlement statements, and other legal documents. Review loan documentation for accuracy, including contracts, preliminary title reports, and other legal requirements related to the transactions. Handle escrow-related inquiries from clients, real estate agents, and internal teams promptly and professionally. Act as a liaison between all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders, to ensure a smooth closing process. Review and approve funding and disbursement instructions, ensuring that all funds are distributed correctly and in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service to all parties involved, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues that arise. Ensure that all escrow files are closed accurately and timely, including recording of documents with the appropriate county recorder's office.
Qualifications Experience:
Escrow:
5 years with at least 2-3 as an Escrow Officer Experience in Marketing, New Business Development is a plus Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail to ensure compliance and accuracy in all transactions. Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities Understanding of real estate contracts, the loan process, title insurance, and the escrow process Excellent verbal and written communication skills
