Black Optix Tint, a leading automotive restyling and window tint franchise brand, is seeking a Brand President to lead strategy, growth, and performance across our expanding franchise network. This executive role is responsible for driving brand vision, operational excellence, and market expansion while ensuring consistency and profitability across all locations.

Job DescriptionThe Brand President will set the strategic direction for Black Optix Tint and oversee all core business functions, including operations, franchise development, marketing, finance, training, and field support. This leader will act as the face of the brand—both internally and externally—while building scalable systems to support aggressive growth goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide visionary leadership and execute the brand's long-term strategic planServe as the brand ambassador at industry events, media engagements, and franchise conventionsOversee all functional areas to ensure strong, consistent franchise performanceDevelop and execute marketing strategies to elevate brand awareness and customer engagementLead franchise development efforts, including sales strategy and expansion planningManage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance trackingAnalyze performance metrics to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvementIdentify new market opportunities and establish scalable business models for growthQualificationsWe're seeking a driven, strategic leader with a strong presence and the ability to build relationships across franchisees, corporate teams, and external partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring both high-level vision and hands-on execution.
