This role leads the firm's data and artificial intelligence strategy, building and managing systems that support investment decisions, asset management, and portfolio optimization.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Define and own Longpoint's AI Strategy and firm-wide data architecture Build the technology stack alongside development partners Embed usage of analytics and AI across investment, asset management, and property management workflows Set the standard for AI governance, data security, and responsible use Drive firm-wide adoption and represent the platform in fundraising initiatives Qualifications Proven record shipping data and AI products Fluent in real estate or private markets Technical judgment to lead external builds Executive presence with institutional investors
