As VP, Digital Strategy & Marketing, you lead enterprise digital strategy, driving lead generation, customer experience and revenue growth through data-driven marketing and omnichannel execution.

What You'll Do:

• Lead omnichannel digital strategy across web, CRM, call center and platforms
• Drive SEO, SEM, social and digital campaigns to increase lead generation
• Optimize customer journeys and conversion through analytics and testing
• Partner with IT, Sales and Operations to align digital solutions
• Monitor KPIs including leads, conversions and occupancy impact
• Lead marketing campaigns, content strategy and brand positioning
• Build and develop high-performing digital and marketing teams
