Reporting to the Director of Business Relations and collaborating with the CEO and Senior Leadership, you will maintain the CRM, handle communications, support marketing initiatives, monitor online presence, and ensure smooth internal processes that strengthen referral partnerships. This is primarily an office-based role with limited local travel as needed. At Imaging Associates, we combine advanced imaging technology with exceptional service. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who excels at systems, communication, and relationship support.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship & Data Management Maintain and optimize the CRM database: track interactions, referral trends, provider information, and generate reports. Manage an assigned provider list with proactive follow-up via phone, email, and virtual outreach. Support relationship nurturing through coordinated communications, scheduling, and issue resolution. Monitor and respond daily to Google reviews, emails, and other feedback channels for high satisfaction. Marketing & Administrative Support Execute business development initiatives under direction from the Director of Business Relations and CEO. Develop and maintain shared calendars for visits, events, luncheons, and presentations. Manage inventory of marketing materials (referral pads, brochures, swag). Assist with event coordination, provider onboarding forms, and internal projects (e.g., EMR interfaces, scheduling campaigns). Contribute to social media monitoring, posting, and engagement. Coordinate and support Mammogram Parties and other promotional activities. Provide general administrative support to the Director and Business Relations team. Operations & Collaboration Collaborate with internal departments (Guest Services, Operations, IT) on initiatives that improve provider and patient experience. Stay informed on radiology trends and competitive landscape to support team strategy. Perform other duties as assigned to support overall business goals. Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 2-5 years of administrative, sales support, client relations, or healthcare operations experience preferred. Strong understanding of medical/clinical operations; radiology familiarity a plus. Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Google tools, and database management. Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Professional, personable demeanor with strong customer service orientation. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for occasional local needs (mileage reimbursement provided). Ability to travel locally within Mat-Su Valley, Eagle River, and Anchorage as required (limited). Commitment to Imaging Associates' Vision, Mission, and Values. Regular attendance and ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. If you are a driven professional excited about advancing healthcare in Alaska, we encourage you to apply!
