Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old High school graduate Must be available to work in person at our Flagstaff location Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, Reels, and short-form video content Ability to create content that aligns with Hello Sugar's branding, voice, and company values Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro for editing high-quality short-form video content Must submit links to personal or professional social media accounts or a portfolio of previous work Must submit at least one Reel, TikTok, or other short-form video created for a business or brand that demonstrates your editing style, creativity, and video production skills
Responsibilities:
Create and publish 5 Instagram posts per month Create and publish 3 TikTok posts per month Capture in-salon content including: Waxing, sugaring, and laser services Team moments Educational skincare tips Promotions Client experiences (with proper client consent) Highlight our waxing, sugaring, and laser services in an educational, engaging, and on-brand way Maintain a cohesive, polished, and visually consistent Instagram feed that reflects the Hello Sugar Flagstaff experience Ensure all content aligns with Hello Sugar's brand identity while showcasing the unique personality of our Flagstaff salon Respond professionally to comments and direct messages within one business day Stay up to date on beauty industry trends and social media best practices Collaborate with the salon team to plan monthly content, promotions, and campaigns
