Description Robert Half is hiring an Internal Communications Manager for one of our major clients. This individual will develop and execute employee communications strategies that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company priorities. The Internal Communications Manager will partner closely with senior leadership, HR, marketing, and business leaders to communicate organizational changes, strategic initiatives, company news, leadership messages, and employee programs across multiple communication channels. Responsibilities

+ Develop and execute company-wide internal communications strategies.

+ Create executive communications, company announcements, employee newsletters, intranet content, presentations, talking points, and leadership messages.

+ Support communications surrounding organizational transformation, change management, mergers, restructurings, new initiatives, and other high-impact events.

+ Partner with executives to develop authentic leadership communications.

+ Manage editorial calendars and internal communication channels.

+ Translate complex organizational initiatives into clear, accessible employee messaging.

+ Partner with HR, marketing, legal, and business leadership on cross-functional communications.

+ Support town halls, employee meetings, leadership events, and company-wide announcements.

+ Measure employee engagement and communication effectiveness through analytics, surveys, and feedback.

+ Maintain consistent messaging and company voice across internal channels. Requirements Qualifications + 5+ years of internal communications, corporate communications, employee communications, or related experience.

+ Strong executive writing and editorial capabilities.

+ Experience supporting enterprise-wide or organizational change communications.

+ Ability to communicate sensitive and complex information appropriately.

+ Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

+ Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.

+ Experience with intranet, employee communications, email, and collaboration platforms.

+ Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
