Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and innovative Communication Director to lead and manage all aspects of our organizations internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to craft compelling messages, enhance brand reputation, and ensure consistent, effective communication across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals. Develop and execute communication and marketing strategies to support annual events, campaigns, and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and target audience engagement. Oversee content creation, including press releases, marketing materials, website content, and social media. Collaborate with leadership to align communication initiatives with overall objectives and priorities. Ensure brand consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all communication channels. Monitor communication effectiveness through metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Preferred Quali fi cations and
Experience:
Bachelors degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field 5+ years of experience in corporate/church communications, public relations, or a similar role. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in managing digital communication platforms and tools. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
