Job Description
Overview Fellowship Square Historic Mesa is seeking a dynamic Sales Counselor to join our team and help prospective residents discover a vibrant and welcoming new home. In this vital role, you'll connect with seniors and their families, guide them through the decision-making process, and showcase the life-enriching experience our community provides. If you're a passionate, results-driven sales professional with a heart for serving seniors, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Achieve established sales goals and occupancy targets. Respond to inquiries, conduct personalized tours, and convert prospects into move-ins. Maintain an up-to-date sales and marketing database (CRM). Build strong relationships through consistent follow-ups via phone, email, cards, and in-person contact. Qualify prospects financially and ensure they meet Independent/Assisted Living criteria (in compliance with Fair Housing). Participate in marketing events and community outreach. Represent and promote Fellowship Square Historic Mesa and the full continuum of care we offer. Collaborate with internal departments to support resident satisfaction and retention.
