The DCR is responsible for developing and increasing occupancy levels and high-quality census through actively campaigning to sell the Community's outstanding senior living options and living standards. What you'll do: Be the community leader responsible for providing the highest level of customer service including building a prospect base, responding to inquiries, generating and giving community tours, and performing purposeful follow-up Coordinates the annual and monthly marketing action plans Maintains census rates and inquiry history Maintains marketing collateral Coordinates for all move-ins Maintains the mailing and follow-up calls with customers and referrals Completes a weekly marketing report Maintains Guest and Showrooms Communicates regularly with department managers, community leaders, and other marketing staff Perform other duties as assignedQualifications:
Sales and marketing experience Experience working in the senior living industry is preferred Effective leader who loves working with seniors Team-focused individual with a deep commitment to customer service Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general publicABOUT KOESLCH COMMUNITIES
