Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and deliver internal communications that enhance employee awareness, alignment, and engagement Design and produce branded communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, infographics, announcements, and campaign assets Manage and maintain internal communication platforms, including SharePoint, ensuring content is current, organized, and user-friendly Translate complex or technical information into clear, concise, and visually engaging content for diverse audiences Partner with leadership, Human Resources, and cross-functional teams to support organizational initiatives and communication needs Plan and execute communication strategies to support company-wide campaigns, events, and culture initiatives Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all internal communications Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness, accessibility, and overall employee experience Monitor engagement and feedback to continuously enhance communication strategies and approaches Contribute to the development of a strong organizational narrative that supports transparency and cultureWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Internal communications are clear, consistent, and effectively aligned with organizational priorities Employees demonstrate increased awareness and understanding of company initiatives, updates, and goals Communication materials are visually engaging, professionally designed, and aligned with established brand standards SharePoint and other communication platforms are well-organized, up-to-date, and widely utilized as trusted information sources Communication strategies and campaigns drive measurable improvements in employee engagement and participation Leaders and stakeholders receive timely, high-quality communication support that enhances clarity and alignment across teams Messaging across the organization reflects a cohesive voice and reinforces company culture and values Opportunities for improving communication effectiveness and employee experience are proactively identified and implemented The internal communications function is recognized as a reliable and strategic partner within the organizationREQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related role Experience supporting employee engagement or culture initiatives within a corporate environment Skills & Competencies Strong visual design skills with demonstrated experience in layout, branding, and digital storytelling Advanced proficiency in Canva and experience creating high-quality digital communication assets Experience managing SharePoint or similar internal communication platforms Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously High attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative, creativity, and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Teams)PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
