CEO Key Responsibilities- Coordinate CMCC patient/member lists and outreach priorities.
- Work with health plans, internal teams and operations to identify patient-growth opportunities.
- Coordinate CMCC's outreach activities.
- Manage the relationship and performance of the outsourced call center.
- Coordinate the outsourced social media/marketing team.
- Align marketing campaigns with actual organizational and patient-growth priorities.
- Track outreach from patient identification through appointment and completed visit.
- Identify patient leakage and opportunities for re-engagement.
- Coordinate campaigns for new locations, providers and services.
- Maintain one centralized CMCC Marketing & Communications Calendar.
- Coordinate press releases and organizational announcements.
- Ensure messaging is consistent across social media, outreach, call center and CMCC communications.
- Work closely with Regional Operations to ensure appointment capacity exists before campaigns are launched.
- Measure campaign and outreach performance.
- Recommend improvements to outsourced marketing and call-center services. Big-Picture KPIs

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with data and patient/member lists
- Ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and outside vendors
- Strong follow-through
- Understanding of marketing, outreach or customer/patient engagement
- Comfortable using technology, dashboards and AI tools
- Creative but also results-oriented
- Ability to communicate with patients, staff, health plans and community partners
- Team-oriented and willing to work across traditional department boundaries
- Healthcare, managed-care, FQHC or community-outreach experience is helpful but not required Ideal Candidate You understand that successful marketing is not measured simply by likes or posts.
Pay:
