JPoles Wireless is hiring a Community Engagement Representative in San Diego, CA to connect with community members while promoting Verizon's innovative wireless products and services. As a Community Engagement Representative, you'll participate in community outreach initiatives, introduce Verizon products through live demonstrations, and help support professional sales growth by creating positive, face-to-face experiences. Every Community Engagement Representative receives hands-on training while building communication, community outreach, and professional sales skills in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities of the Community Engagement Representative Represent Verizon during community outreach campaigns and local engagement events throughout the San Diego area. Introduce products and services through engaging, in-person sales conversations and live product demonstrations. Educate community members about available wireless solutions while answering questions with confidence and professionalism. Build lasting relationships that strengthen community awareness and support sales growth. Collaborate with fellow Community Engagement Representative team members to achieve daily sales goals and deliver exceptional outreach experiences. Continue developing communication, public engagement, and professional sales skills as a Community Engagement Representative. Qualifications of the Community Engagement Representative Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, community outreach, events, or sales is helpful but not required. Enjoys meeting new people and building relationships in community settings. Strong communication skills with a positive, outgoing attitude. Coachable, dependable, and motivated to learn and grow. Ready to build a rewarding career as a Community Engagement Representative while developing valuable sales experience.
