Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Strategize and grow ASUS's brand presence across all major social media & community platforms, drive consistent brand voice, audience engagement, and account health. Develop quarterly content strategies and manage publishing calendars , initiate campaign aligned to brand priorities, and product launches . Coordinate content production including copywriting, creative briefs, photography, video and short-form content. Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with relevant KOLs, influencers, creators and brand ambassadors. Negotiate partnerships, campaign deliverables, timeline and budgets. Build long-term relationships. Stay up to date on social media trends, platform updates, competitive analysis and best practices. Support go-to-market planning for new product launches and coordinate campaign execution across internal teams and agency partners. Manage social account growth, community SOV, campaign execution through performance analysis and reporting.Knowledge and Skills :
Deep understanding of social media and influencer marketing, with a proven ability to translate data and trends into actionable strategy. Excellent communicator with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, agency partners, and external creator relationships. Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Self-starter who takes ownership independently, anticipates problems, and brings proposed solutions .Bonus:
hands-on content creation experience , such as scripting, on-camera, or short-form video direction , and familiarity with influencer management tools and analytics platforms.Required Qualifications :
Years of Education & Work Experience Bachelor's degree in M arketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field with 5 + years of experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, or brand marketing — preferably in consumer tech or lifestyle. OR associate degree with 8+ years of experience as above.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Proven track record of managing KOL / influencer campaigns independently from strategy through execution. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube as both user and marketer. Experience collaborating with influencer or ambassador programs and managing creator relationships directly. Passion for consumer electronics, lifestyle technology, or creative industries.Working Conditions :

Typically works in an office environment Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time Up to 20% domestic travel may be required for events, shoots, or partner meetings. $90,000 - $120,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
