  • a state program that provides phone and internet service to qualifying low-income households.
This is community-facing work:
you'll be helping people in your area access a benefit they're entitled to.
WHAT YOU'D DO
  • Meet with residents in the community to explain the LifeLine program
  • Help eligible applicants complete their enrollment accurately
  • Answer questions and connect people to the right resources
  • Represent Rescue Communications professionally in the field
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Comfortable talking with people and working independently
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus but not required
  • Must be able to work in the Merced, Mariposa or Coarsegold areas
  • Prior sales or customer service experience helpful but not required — we train you!
