We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Technical Program Manager with strong expertise in Data and AI integration. This role focuses on driving strategic initiatives across Global Sales platforms by aligning CRM systems with data platforms and AI-driven insights to enhance business performance.Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:
Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM transformation programs integrating Salesforce, Data, and AI. Drive execution across cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Data Engineering, and AI/ML teams. Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and overall program governance.CRM and Data Integration:
Oversee integration of Salesforce CRM with enterprise data platforms. Ensure seamless data flow between CRM, analytics, and AI systems. Define and support data strategies for customer insights, pipeline visibility, and forecasting.AI and Analytics Enablement:
Drive adoption of AI/ML use cases within CRM such as predictive analytics and lead scoring. Collaborate with data science teams to implement AI-powered solutions. Ensure alignment of AI initiatives with business goals.Technical Oversight:
Provide guidance on Salesforce architecture, integrations, and best practices. Work closely with technical teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions. Oversee API integrations, middleware, and cloud-based data pipelines.Stakeholder Management:
Partner with global sales leadership and business teams. Communicate program progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Program or Project Management. Strong experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, integrations, architecture understanding). Experience working with Data Platforms including data warehousing, ETL, and analytics. Exposure to AI/ML concepts and implementation in business environments. Strong understanding of API integrations and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI-driven CRM tools such as Salesforce Einstein. Background in Global Sales Operations or RevOps. Experience with analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI. Agile or Scrum experience. PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.Work Environment:
