This person will own the voice and image of the brand across social media while working closely with an in-house creative team—including graphic designers, a videographer, and a video editor—to bring bold ideas to life. The ideal candidate is just as comfortable developing the next standout social campaign as they are attending events, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, and creating authentic, real-time content that connects with our audience. If you're passionate about storytelling, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping build an exciting premium alcohol brand, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As Social Media Manager, you'll own the day-to-day management and long-term growth of the brand's digital presence. Responsibilities Develop and execute the brand's social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms. Own the content calendar, campaign planning, and posting schedule. Collaborate with in-house graphic designers, a videographer, and an editor to develop engaging photo and video content. Attend events and brand activations to capture behind-the-scenes and real-time content. Write compelling captions and ensure all messaging aligns with the brand's voice and identity. Manage daily community engagement, including comments, direct messages, and user-generated content. Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid social advertising campaigns. Identify influencer, creator, and brand-ambassador partnership opportunities. Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas and platform opportunities. Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to leadership and the broader team, including actionable insights. Work closely with leadership to support product launches, retailer promotions, partnerships, sponsorships, and special events. Help maintain a premium, consistent, and recognizable brand presence across every customer touchpoint. Ensure social media content follows applicable alcohol advertising guidelines and platform policies. What We're Looking For Three or more years of professional social media management experience. Experience managing social media for an alcohol, consumer, lifestyle, food and beverage, hospitality, luxury, entertainment, or sports brand is preferred. Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, community management, and analytics. Experience managing paid advertising through Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms. Excellent copywriting and communication skills. Highly organized, with exceptional project-management abilities. Comfortable attending events, visiting accounts, and capturing spontaneous content. A creative thinker who enjoys collaborating with designers and content creators. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to help build a growing brand. Bonus Qualifications Experience in the beverage alcohol industry. Familiarity with alcohol-related advertising regulations and social media restrictions. Experience working with influencers and brand ambassadors. Photography or mobile content-creation experience. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and social media scheduling platforms. How to Apply Please be prepared to email over your resume, portfolio, and examples of brands or social media accounts you've managed. We'd also like to see examples of campaigns you've worked on and any measurable results you've achieved, such as audience growth, engagement, conversions, or paid campaign performance.
