A local law firm is seeking a personable, confident, and self-motivated Community Relations & Referral Partnerships Coordinator to help develop relationships with businesses and professionals throughout the High Desert, including Victorville, Hesperia, Apple Valley, and Adelanto. We're looking for someone who can comfortably walk into a business where they don't know anyone, start a conversation, make a great impression, and turn that introduction into an ongoing professional relationship. The role focuses on identifying potential referral partners, connecting with decision-makers, conducting in-person outreach, developing and maintaining professional relationships, identifying community networking opportunities, and tracking contacts, follow-ups, referrals, and results. The ideal candidate is extremely personable, confident walking into businesses and starting conversations, resourceful, persistent without being pushy, organized, professional, and able to work independently. Experience in community outreach, outside sales, medical or chiropractic marketing, business development, real estate, hospitality, pharmaceutical/medical sales, or another relationship-driven role is helpful but not required. Legal experience is not required. Familiarity with the High Desert and existing local relationships are strongly preferred. Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the High Desert during normal business hours are required.
