Yolo County Children's Alliance (YCCA) is seeking a dynamic and collaborative CAPC CoordinatorCommunity Partnerships professional to help strengthen partnerships and advance initiatives that improve outcomes for children and families throughout Yolo County. In this role, you'll serve as a key connector between families, community organizations, public agencies, healthcare providers, schools, funders, and other partners. You'll bring people together around shared goals, elevate community and family voices, and help turn collaborative ideas into meaningful action. What You'll Do Lead and coordinate community collaboratives, advisory groups, coalitions, and workgroups. Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, public agencies, healthcare providers, schools, nonprofits, and family leaders. Facilitate meetings, develop agendas and presentations, track action items, and keep collaborative initiatives moving forward. Develop community engagement strategies that elevate family, caregiver, provider, and resident voices. Recruit and support parent leaders, community advocates, and other stakeholders. Coordinate community forums, listening sessions, Parent Cafés, stakeholder meetings, and special events. Support advocacy, leadership development, and systems-improvement initiatives. Research community needs and trends and develop reports, recommendations, and presentations. Collect and analyze data to measure impact and support continuous improvement. Represent YCCA on local, regional, and statewide committees and collaborative networks. The position focuses on family well-being, child abuse prevention, early childhood development, health equity, community engagement, and systems improvement. What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you bring: Strong relationship-building and partnership-development skills. Experience coordinating coalitions, advisory groups, committees, or community initiatives. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Strong project-management and organizational abilities. The ability to build consensus and move projects from planning to implementation. Experience collecting, analyzing, and presenting program or community data. Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities. A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and commitment to strengthening children and families. Experience with collective impact, systems change, advocacy, child abuse prevention, family strengthening, early childhood systems, grant-funded programs, or community organizing is a plus. This position requires regular travel throughout Yolo County and occasional evening or weekend meetings and community events. Candidates must have a valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
