As a Community Associate, you will be responsible for establishing a 'Second to None' customer experience for Thrive members and guests as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations of your site, such as: Greeting Members + guests when they enter, making them feel welcome and assisting them as needed. Administrative functions such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, mail sorting + distribution, and helping schedule meeting room bookings. Coordinating, promoting, and working social + networking events. Assist with opening and closing procedures as well as daily, weekly and monthly checklists to ensure the site is appealing to the 5 Senses and Thrive's set expectations.

Tasks include:

• Brewing and refreshing coffee + tea
• Restocking snack + soda products
• Auditing office, kitchen, janitorial, snack and beverage supply inventory
• Tidying meeting rooms + checking for A/V equipment functionality
• Dusting and cleaning surfaces
• Restroom upkeep
• Restocking dishes
• General organizing/tidying Supporting the Community Manager with any other admin and cleaning tasks.

Overseeing front desk responsibilities while Manager is on break and occasional full or partial day coverage of the site while Manager is out sick/on vacation. Communicating with sales leads as needed; updating/creating leads in CRM system and assisting with tours.

About you:

Excellent communication (verbal, written and promotional) and time management skills. High attention to detail and ability to multitask. Flexible and creative problem solver. Able to address conflict and resolve issues in a professional manner. Adaptive to change and self-motivated for personal and professional development. Experience in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc).

Nice to have:

Experience with CRM and billing platforms and Canva.
