Floating Leasing Specialist - Summit County Gorman & Company vision insurance, parental leave, paid holidays, 401(k) United States, Colorado, Vail Sep 16, 2026 Join our team as a Floating Leasing Specialist in Summit County, CO! Do you enjoy working in Colorado's mountain communities while helping residents find quality affordable and workforce housing? We're looking for a bilingual, full-time Floating Leasing Specialist to support our communities throughout Summit County, CO. In this role, you'll provide leasing support wherever it's needed most across our mountain portfolio, working with affordable and workforce housing programs including LIHTC, Workforce Housing, CDBG, HDG, and more.
What You'll Do:
Lease apartments in alignment with company policies, Fair Housing guidelines, and affordable housing laws. Conduct community tours and deliver a compelling, personalized experience to prospective residents. Build relationships with prospects, residents, vendors, and team members. Follow up with prospects and assist in converting leads to signed leases. Support outreach marketing efforts, community networking, and competitor research. Assist with move-in and move-out processes to ensure a smooth resident experience. Complete administrative tasks including answering calls, entering service requests, and maintaining records. Support compliance processes and coordinate with internal teams as needed.What You'll Bring:
Local to Summit County and ability to travel 100% of the time throughout our mountain portfolio. 2+ years of leasing experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. Affordable/Workforce housing experience preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurability requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service mindset with the ability to connect with a diverse population. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Hourly pay starting at $29-$31 an hour.
