Social Media Manager Seymour, CT Job Details Temp-to-hire $25 - $30 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Marketing analytics Analytics Full Job Description Our client, a commercial and residential plumbing & HVAC supply company, is seeking a Social Media Manager that will be responsible for all of the Social Media management and marketing. This candidate will work directly on site in Seymour. This is a temp to perm. opportunity Job Summary We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and brand engagement across multiple platforms. This role will focus on promoting our plumbing supply products, building relationships with contractors and customers, and driving traffic and sales through strategic content and campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals Manage daily posting and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Create high-quality content including product showcases, promotions, how-to videos, and industry tips Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, responding in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote new products, sales, and events Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices Coordinate with vendors and brands for co-marketing opportunities Manage paid social media campaigns and budgets Qualifications Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business (B2B or retail preferred) Strong understanding of major social platforms and analytics tools Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Knowledge of plumbing, construction, or industrial products is a plus Preferred Skills Experience with video content creation and editing Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies Familiarity with CRM or e-commerce platforms Photography skills for product and in-store content
Pay:
Rate is $25-30/hour but may be higher based on experience #IND-HP
