Job Description
Job Overview The Rizzi Group is seeking a relationship-driven Community Relations & Growth Manager to strengthen our partnerships with senior living communities and support continued growth across Southwest Florida. This field-based role will build strong relationships with Executive Directors, Directors of Wellness, Directors of Nursing, residents, families, and other key stakeholders within the communities we serve. The Community Relations & Growth Manager will maintain a consistent Rizzi presence, coordinate community and resident engagement activities, support communication between facility leadership and our team, and identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships. As the role develops, this individual will also help identify and cultivate new senior living partnerships and support expansion into strategically aligned communities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior living leadership, including Executive Directors, Directors of Wellness, Directors of Nursing, and administrators. Maintain a consistent and professional presence within assigned communities. Coordinate resident events, educational programs, meet-and-greets, and other approved community engagement activities. Build relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders. Gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve community relationships and the overall Rizzi experience. Facilitate communication and meetings between facility leadership and The Rizzi Group. Maintain accurate records of community contacts, meetings, follow-up items, and relationship activity. Support community-development initiatives and future business development. Identify prospective senior living communities and help develop new partnership opportunities as the organization grows. Pay:
