We are looking for an experienced and qualified marketing professional to work with management team in dynamic census development for our assisted living/ memory care operation. Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent 1 year experience in related sales with proven track record of sales success 1 year (3-5 years preferred) of experience in Assisted or Senior Living environment Valid drivers license for required travel Employer conducts reference and AHCA Level II Background Screen Skills and Abilities Computer proficiency required Ability to work with minimal supervision Organizational Skills Ability to work in team environment Ability to work with the elderly population Attention to detail Customer Service Skills Ability to initiate and foster relationships with medical professionals, social workers, discharge planners and individuals working in related fields Familiarity with VA Benefits Programs and/or Medicaid LTC programs as they relate to Assisted Living would be a plus

Job Duties:

Responsible for building and maintaining Assisted Living/ Memory Care occupancy through the implementation of a facility marketing plan and application of sales techniques.

Full-Time, Day Shift Salary:
