As an Associate Center Director, you'll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and operational experience that prepares you for future leadership opportunities across our organization. You'll gain experience in: Team leadership and staff development Sales and enrollment coaching Customer relationship management Business operations and center performance Community outreach and marketing Educational leadership and student success What You'll Do As an Associate Center Director , you will: Help lead the day-to-day operations of the learning center Deliver exceptional customer service to students and families Conduct consultative enrollment conversations with prospective families Support sales, retention, and student success initiatives Coach, train, and motivate instructional staff Build strong relationships with parents, students, schools, and the community Assist with scheduling, staffing, and center operations Help create a positive, energetic, and results-driven culture Support local marketing and community partnership efforts Partner with leadership to drive center growth and performance What We're Looking For We're seeking candidates who are: Strong communicators and relationship builders Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable in both leadership and customer-facing roles Positive, professional, and solutions-oriented Passionate about helping students and supporting team success Motivated by growth, leadership development, and long-term opportunity Preferred Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in: Business management Consultative sales Education Retail or hospitality leadership Customer service-focused roles Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust and overcome objections in conversations with families Leadership skills with empathy, professionalism, and accountability Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Flexible availability including evenings and weekends What We Offer Competitive base salary Great work/life balance Health insurance benefits 401(k) retirement plan Paid Time Off Paid Mathnasium tuition for your family Extensive leadership training and development Career growth opportunities across multiple centers and states Potential relocation opportunities throughout the U.S. Growth Path Opportunities We are deeply committed to developing future leaders within our company.
