This consultant will attend meetings and events across Broward County, representing the organization with professionalism, accuracy, and strong relationship‑building skills. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service backgrounds , especially those with experience in airlines, airport operations, hospitality, or other high‑volume service environments . Key Responsibilities Attend community meetings, civic events, and public gatherings across Broward County on behalf of the organization Network effectively and build positive relationships with community members, partners, and local leaders Represent the organization with professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy Follow direction clearly and complete assigned tasks in a timely and organized manner Support communications, scheduling, and outreach initiatives Engage with the public in a warm, service‑oriented manner Maintain accurate information about the organization's programs and community initiatives Prepare a brief monthly summary of completed activities Uphold confidentiality and organizational standards at all times Ideal Candidate Self‑starter who can work independently without constant supervision Strong customer service background (airline, hospitality, retail, or similar) Proven ability to take direction , follow instructions, and complete tasks on schedule Comfortable networking, meeting new people, and building relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Familiarity with Broward County communities is a plus Preferred Backgrounds We strongly encourage applicants with experience in: Airlines (Spirit, JetBlue, Southwest, American, Delta) Airport gate operations or customer service Hospitality guest services High‑volume customer support roles Mandatory Screening Requirements To ensure safety and compliance for community‑based work, all consultants must: Successfully complete Level 2 fingerprinting Pass a pre‑engagement drug screening Compensation This is a monthly retainer consultant position . Compensation will be discussed with qualified candidates based on experience and availability.
