Job Description
The Student Intern will play a direct role in shaping campus life while building real-world skills in event planning, communication, and leadership. Work closely with the Director to support registered student organizations (RSO's) and campus wide engagement initiatives Develop strong working knowledge of the RSA handbook and help ensure clubs understand and follow related policies Guide students through the process of starting a new club when there is interest or need Ensure club related policy documents, registration forms, and records are complete, accurate, and current Serve as a point of contact and relationship builder for campus partners who serve as club sponsors Support communication and coordination between clubs, sponsors, and the SEA Office Help identify gaps or opportunities for new engagement initiatives across campus relating to clubs, club membership, and participation in club events Other duties as assigned Strong leadership, relationship building, and communication skills Comfortable working closely with campus departments, faculty, and staff Interest in student organization support, policy, and campus engagement No prior experience required, willingness to learn is essential
