Responsibilities:
Client Intake:
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, showcasing your excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish. You will empathetically listen to their legal concerns, gather essential information, and guide them through the initial case assessment process. Your ability to create a warm and welcoming environment will be crucial in building trust and confidence with our clients.Case Updates:
As an essential liaison between our clients and legal team, you will be responsible for keeping our existing clients informed about the progress of their cases until the transfer process. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure accurate documentation and timely updates, leaving no room for oversight.Team Collaboration:
Our law firm values collaboration and teamwork. You will have the opportunity to work closely with attorneys and legal staff, contributing your valuable insights and ideas to optimize the client experience and streamline processes.Fast-Paced Environment:

Qualifications:
•Bilingual Fluency:
