Job Description
We are seeking a Change & Communications Manager to lead organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This role will help drive employee readiness, adoption, and engagement by translating complex business and technology changes into clear, actionable communications.
Assess organizational impacts, stakeholder readiness, and potential adoption risks associated with change initiatives.
Create a variety of communication materials, including executive communications, presentations, FAQs, toolkits, training resources, and employee updates.
Partner with cross-functional leaders and teams to support organizational readiness and successful change adoption.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, feedback sessions, and change-related forums.
Support leadership teams with communication planning, coaching, and change advocate programs.
Measure adoption and communication effectiveness, using feedback and insights to refine strategies and improve engagement.
