We are looking for a Customer Account Associate to join our charity outreach expansion. The Customer Account Associate provides stewardship for our non-profit partners, ensuring the community feels connected and valued in every interaction. As a Customer Account Associate, you'll build relationships rooted in truth and trust, starting with a training program in charitable transparency, impact verification, and donor stewardship. The Customer Account Associate then acts as the primary liaison for philanthropic campaigns, ensuring every conversation deepens understanding and drives meaningful community engagement. Key Responsibilities of the Customer Account Associate Serve as the primary contact during community outreach initiatives, providing clear information on humanitarian projects. Apply a consultative approach to donor acquisition by aligning philanthropic interests with giving tiers that maximize impact. Manage donor accounts with strict data integrity, ensuring recurring contributions and sponsorships comply with non‑profit standards. Address supporter inquiries by clarifying fund allocation and project timelines, reinforcing transparency and donor confidence. Collaborate with marketing to monitor engagement benchmarks, analyze donor feedback, and identify opportunities for outreach growth. Participate in Account Associate training to strengthen communication skills and stay informed on global humanitarian initiatives. Minimum Qualifications of the Customer Account Associate High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, or Social Sciences preferred but not required. Experience in retail, sales, hospitality, volunteer work, or customer‑focused roles with a strong people‑first approach. Excellent communication skills to simplify humanitarian initiatives, resolve donor inquiries, and build trust with diverse audiences. Organized, proactive, and resilient mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive measurable impact.
Pay:
$3,900.00 - $4,400.00 per month
